Promotion is available to residents of the Caribbean and Latin America. The renter must present a non-US passport, non-US valid driver’s license and credit or debit* card.

*If presenting a Debit Card, a roundtrip air or sea ticket must be presented where travel dates match the rental dates show on the car rental booking. Is also subject to debit card requirments.
